The Coronary Health Improvement Project (CHIP) is a 5-week lifestyle plan to help you reduce the health risks of heart disease, diabetes and obesity.  Free info sessions:  Sun., Mar. 11, 4:00-5:00 OR 5:30-6:30 p.m.; Tues., Mar. 13, 6:00-7:00 OR 7:30-8:30 p.m.; or Thurs., Mar. 15, 6:00-7:00 p.m. OR 7:30-8:30 p.m. (CALL OR EMAIL TO REGISTER)

THE CHIP PROGRAM* will be held:

 Every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights*

Heart Health Screen #1 - Sun., Feb. 6;  Heart Health Screen #2 - Sun., Mar. 13 

Program includes:

  • 2 sets of blood tests (lipid panel and blood sugar)
  • Textbook and Workbook
  • The Optimal Diet Cookbook
  • 16 Health Video Presentations by Dr. Hans Diehl
  • 16 healthy meals 

*Program Cost is $225 per person and $350 per couple
